Carthal has walls surrounding the city's Western section, with the eastern open gladly for trade. Only half the population actually resides in Carthal, as many are tradesmen, merchants, and even outlaws. It also is home to the majority of Mythron's war vessel construction plants. From port to port there are salesmen trying to make a decent profit. Mythron has also set up the coast off of Carthal with their most advanced defenses, and Carthal has been deemed impregnable by some.
